Hi, I'm Joy and I write stuff that makes people care. My goal is to help people feel understood, because that's what gets them thinking, moving, clicking.

I write the way people actually talk, as if you're catching up with a good friend. And if there's space for a fun little line, I take it. That said, I believe copy has a job to do—helping people find what they came for.
